- Non-refundable once in processing stage.
- Cancellation allowed only within 1 hour of purchase by emailing [email protected].
- Refunds not issued for incorrect details provided by customers.
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 10 working days.
Consultations
- Non-refundable once a call/chat/email session begins.
- Missed calls due to customer unavailability are not refundable.
Gemstones & Crystals
- No refunds once delivered unless damaged in transit.
- Transit damage claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proof.
- Minor variations in color/finish are not valid for refund.
Refund Review
Refunds may be issued only for genuine service errors confirmed by our Quality Team. Differences in astrologers’ opinions are not grounds for refunds.
Multiple Payments
Duplicate charges will be refunded in full, retaining only the valid order.
Deductions
Approved refunds will be processed after deducting payment gateway, bank, or courier charges.

- Physical products (gemstones/crystals) are processed within 2–4 business days.
Delivery Timeline
- Standard shipping in India: 5–10 business days.
- Remote areas may take longer.
Charges
- Shipping fees displayed at checkout.
- International shipments (if offered) may attract customs duties payable by the buyer.
Tracking

Damaged Parcels
