By accessing or using the Website/Services, or by clicking “I Agree”, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1) About Astro Simran & Our Services
We provide astrology-related content and services, including but not limited to: personalized astrological reports, consultations (phone/video/chat/email), tarot/numerology readings, remedial recommendations, and sale of related digital/physical products (“Astrology Services”). Some areas are free (“Free Services”) and others are paid (“Paid Services”). Certain Paid Services may require account registration.
Advisory Nature: Astrology is interpretative spiritual guidance and not a proven or exact science. Predictions cannot be guaranteed 100% and may vary among practitioners. Services are for guidance and entertainment only, not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
2) Eligibility & Account
- You must be 18+ and legally capable of entering a binding contract.
- Services may not be used by minors or where prohibited by law.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account and must keep login details secure.
3) Privacy & Data
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not collect or store card/UPI credentials; payments are processed securely by third-party gateways.
4) Communications & Consent
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive transactional/service-related calls, SMS, and emails from us or our service providers, even if your number is on DND. You may opt out of marketing communications by emailing [email protected].
5) Payments, Pricing & Taxes
- Prices may change without prior notice (but changes don’t affect confirmed orders).
- Payments are processed through secure gateways; we don’t store your card/UPI details.
- You are responsible for applicable taxes (e.g., GST).
6) Delivery of Services
- Digital Reports/Consultations: Delivered via email/account. Timelines are estimates, subject to manual preparation.
- Physical Products (if any): Shipped via courier. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery scan.
7) Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Consultations: Once a session starts or a question is answered, fees are non-refundable.
- Reports: Orders are non-cancellable once “Processing” starts. Input errors must be corrected by emailing us within 1 hour of purchase.
- Physical Products: No refunds for post-delivery damage; courier transit issues must be reported within 48 hours with proof.
- Multiple Payments: Duplicate charges are refunded in full.
- Quality Review: If a genuine error occurs (incomplete service, technical fault), we will re-do, credit, or refund proportionately. Differences in astrologers’ interpretations are not grounds for refund.
Refunds, when approved, are processed to the original payment method, less applicable gateway/courier/bank charges.
8) Right to Refuse or Cancel Service
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, terminate, or reschedule any service at our discretion, with a refund where payment has been made but service not rendered. Reasons include (but are not limited to):
- Abusive, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or blackmailing behavior toward us/our astrologers.
- Public defamation or slander against us or other astrologers.
- Policy or law violations, fraud, or misuse of the Services.
- Overbooking, scheduling conflicts, or limited availability.
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
Refunds will be issued only for undelivered services.
Non-Discrimination: Refusal is based on conduct or legal reasons, never on personal characteristics (race, gender, caste, religion, sexual orientation, etc.).
9) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful or abusive purposes.
- Harass, slander, or abuse astrologers/staff.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Website.
- Resell or exploit Services without consent.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
10) Intellectual Property
All Website content (texts, graphics, software, audio/video, reports) is owned/licensed by Astro Simran and protected under IP laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
11) Disclaimers
- Astrology is not exact science; no astrologer can be 100% accurate.
- Services are provided “as is” and without warranties (merchantability, fitness, accuracy, completeness).
- We are not a crisis or suicide helpline. If you are in distress, please contact local authorities or helplines (e.g., AASRA 91-22-27546669).
12) Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages (including lost profits, data, goodwill). Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
13) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Astro Simran harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of Services or violation of these Terms.
14) Governing Law & Disputes
- Governing Law: India.
- Arbitration: Disputes resolved under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in New Delhi.
- Jurisdiction: Courts of New Delhi, India, have exclusive jurisdiction for interim relief.
15) General
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain valid.
- These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Astro Simran.
